A Long Island native, Emily created Oyster and Arrow around the idea that the places we love become part of who we are. Each of our hand-illustrated prints is a love letter to a destination, filled with the landmarks, local details, and little moments that make it unmistakably its own.

Oyster and Arrow: A Love Letter to the Coast

Our founder, Emily, spent years building high-growth startups before trading that fast-paced career for a slower one, built around the towns her family actually loved, Huntington, the Hamptons, Montauk, the North Fork. She wanted a way to hold onto those places that felt more permanent than a photo and more personal than a souvenir-shop keychain.

That idea became our first hand-illustrated print: an original illustration of a real East Coast place, its lighthouses, its harbors, its Main Street, turned into organic bamboo pajamas for women who wanted something that actually felt like home. Every collection since has followed the same process: hyperlocal research, an original hand-painted design, then a soft, OEKO-TEX certified* organic bamboo pajama set, napkin set, or swimsuit, built to last, not worn once for a photo and forgotten.
